Exchange & Return Policy

Commercial Products: Exchange or return requests for physical/commercial products may be made within a period not exceeding 7 days from the date of delivery, provided that the product is in its original, unused condition and in its original packaging.

Digital and Educational Products: Due to their nature, digital or educational products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once activated or accessed, except in cases of a proven technical defect that prevents the user from benefiting from the product.

Defective or Incorrect Orders: The store shall be responsible for the exchange if there is a manufacturing defect or an error in the fulfilled order.
