  • The subscriber is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information.

  • If the student is a minor, registration and payment must be completed by a parent or legal guardian.

3. Educational Programs Policy (Classes)

  • Schedules: The store is committed to providing classes at the announced times. The store reserves the right to modify schedules, provided the subscriber is notified in advance.

  • Attendance and Absence: Students must adhere to the scheduled times. In the event of an absence without prior excuse, the subscriber is not entitled to request a compensatory session.

  • Conduct: We expect our students to embody the ethics of a seeker of knowledge. The store reserves the right to suspend the subscription of any student who behaves inappropriately toward the teacher or classmates, without a refund.

4. Payment and Fees Policy

  • Fees must be paid in full before the start of the educational program via the payment methods approved in the store.

  • All announced prices include Value Added Tax (VAT), provided the store is tax-registered.

5. Exchange and Refund Policy

  • Digital Products: (e.g., E-books or recordings) are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed due to their digital nature.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All educational content, curricula, and designs belonging to Athar Store are our exclusive intellectual property. Recording classes or republishing content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

  • The store makes every effort to ensure the stability of the educational platform but is not responsible for interruptions resulting from internet connectivity issues on the subscriber's side.

8. Amendments

  • Athar Store reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Amendments become effective immediately upon being posted on the website.

9. Governing Law

  • These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
